If you are unable to print out these forms, please contact us and we will send you a copy in the post.

Please note that if successfull your grant will be subject to certain terms and conditions. Other conditions specific to your grant, may also be attached. Any inaccurate disclosure or failure to disclose relevent information requested, will be grounds to seek repayment of any grant made.

Please note that it can sometimes take upto nine months for these applications to be fully assessed, although 95% applications are resolved during the Trustees meeting at their first presentation. Applicants will be informed of the Trustees' decision as soon as possible after that time.

Application form for project grants

The West Hackney Parochial Charity supports projects twice a year. The Trustees would usually like to see evidence of matched funding for this type of grant. The form can be downloaded printed out completed and sent to the address on the contact page with any supporting documents.
